So it has been decided...

The project will be a form of parasite building attached to an existing facade of the entrant's choice.

Paramaters are wide, there are no boundaries to be set for what type or size of building that is to be tagged onto the existing structure... Just go for it!

Looking forward to seeing some really creative solutions.
